Job Description :

• Answer / Email/ Chat professionally to provide information about products, process, and services

• Ensure the best standards in delighting the customer

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Achieve best in class First-Time-Resolution rates and turnaround time for customer needs.

Requirements and skills

• Any Graduate /Undergraduate with more than six months of International Chat/ Voice experience would be considered.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Excellent communication skills in English is required

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Any fresher carry good communication skills will be eligible to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year
