• Provide design leadership for Specifications, project plans, design, schematics, PCB, Prototype & test.
• Collaborate with architecture team to arrive at product architecture
• Design with tradeoff analysis for the project to deliver with cost, quality and time
• Follow product development cycle
• Support for Production & Service issues.
• Sustainment of current products with GVR’s change tracking process.

Education & Experience: The ideal candidate will have

• Total Experience in years: 3 to 5 years
• Graduation/ Degree: BE Electronics

Background and Skills: The ideal candidate will have

Domain (Preferred Industry) – Industrial, Medical, Automobile, Payment & Banking

Skills required (in detail)

• Extensive experience in product development including development, testing, software and system integration, release, cross-functional and on-time execution,
• Experience with structured product development methodologies, e.g. Stage Gate, Waterfall, Agile, Lean Development, etc. is highly desirable
• Proficient with32 bit microcontroller designs and digital circuit designs with related peripherals like Low voltage DC DC conversion
• Experience with MEMs and Sensors
• Experience with secure electronics enclosure design and methodology eg with payment devices
• Tools proficiency, electrical: schematic entry, digital timing closure, FMEA, signal integrity and analog circuit simulation, (Cadence, Allegro)
• Hands-on experience with problem solving, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
• Ability to interpret and distill marketing and customer requirements in order to generate clear, structured engineering requirements, design specifications, and action plans,
• Tools proficiency, general: Computer (office 365)
