*** candidate prefered from Logistics and Transport Industry with minimum 5 years experience in related field

• Manage daily sale order and placement of vehicle as per order.
• Manage own and attach vehicles and ability to hire market vehicle also.
• Daily LR And Memo ( trp sheet ) ,Loading slip preparation.
• Follow up for all documents of vehicle moovement from booking to delivary .
• prepsre e way bills , invoice copies adn confirm bill to party for TBB Parties.
• Checking and Managing transporter’s account (Attach and Market both )
• Tracking of vehicles GPS Vehicle tracking and provide vehiclee position on inquiry of customer .
• Read and respond to emails upon receipt. There are an immense number of emails.
• Prepare MIS Report daily, weekly , montly , querterly.
• Good Cominication skill,Quick and manrable responce to customers over mail and telephone.
• Computer knoledge to oprate home made software .
• Excel and word knowledge
• Set up Customers in software when onboarded with information provide
• Assist coworkers with duties
• Other misc. items that pop up daily.
• Maintain customer records by updating billing addresses, point of contacts, contact information as needed
• Obtain proof of delivery from drivers or receivers if necessary

Requirements: – English – Previous experience in a similar role – Knowledge of Microsoft excel and- Ability to work efficiently under pressure – Excellent math skills. – Strong attention to detail. – Strong Communication Skills – Problem solving – Critical Thinking- Phone Etiquette.
