Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions from fixed payments & variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. Specifically, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
You shall verify all faculty payments and upload them on the portal on a daily basis
Reconcile accounts payable & receiveable
You shall keep the track of daily collections of cash, online & cheque payments
You shall verify all bank statements and shall ensure timely banking payments & formalities
You shall generate & issue invoices against all payments payable & receivable
You shall help in utilization reports, funds utilization plans, GST&TDS returns
Audit Financial transactions & documents
Collection & recovery of fees whenever needed
Experience/Requirements:
Work experience as Admin & Accountant
Degree in accounting/finance
Proficient in handling admin responsibilities
Skills:
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong attention to detail & good analytical skills
Computer literacy
Data Analysis
Admin work skills
