1.Improve dealer operation & system.
2. Train & Support dealers for customer concern.
3.Implement & Improve service policies for growth of the department.
4.Call to dealers & customers for their satisfaction.
5. Solve problems of dealers regarding service.
6.Maintain proper documentation for works.
7.Giving training to new joiners of respective department.
8. Daily checking of repaired products & giving approvals.
9. Proper cooperation with Sales & Dispatch department.

QUALIFICATION:
1. Fluency in HINDI & ENGLISH
2. Written Knowledge in ENGLISH
3.Candidate must have PATIENCE & SOFT SPOKEN in nature.

EXPERIENCE:
1-3 Yrs. Of experience as CRM in any Industry

SALARY:
As per industry standard.
