GLA University Hiring for Chief Warden at Mathura Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

• To coordinate with the management for framing policies, rules and regulations.
• Creation of all facilities in the hostel.
• To supervise for the smooth running of the hostels, messes and other facilities within the hostel.
• To plan for upgradation and maintenance of Facilities in the hostels.
• To ensure the security of the students by coordinating with the security officer and staff.
• To perform any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be a Graduate (mandatory)
• ONLY FEMALE candidates should apply
• Strategic & strong administrative experience in the area of hostel administration at a very senior role for at least 5-6 years
• Proactive, resourceful and flexible.
• Able to quickly absorb new information regarding tools and processes.
• Able to work well with all levels of internal Students, management and staff.
• Positive approach and attitude toward work.
• Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
