GDS is hiring a Marketing Admin Assistant with strong communication skill andcharismatic personality at our Global Discovery School, Sevasi !

Job Description for a Marketing Admin Assistant:

• Making call to prospect parents and managing call center operations,
• Obtaining and updating parents contact details.
• Calling parents and encourage them for school visit
• Gauging collection of Data strength by territory mapping,
• Managing Daily, weekly and monthly reports of data accumulated and processed,
• To work under the guidance of the Admission leader to ensure every enquiry is handled with care to work towards increasing the number of admissions.
• Helping in social media posting
• School administration work
• CBSE related work
• Assisting admin in fee collection
• Pay slip
• Bank account opening of new joined employees
• Deposit and withdrawal from bank
• Filing of all bills vouchers and other records necessary for writing books
• Record of school and other registers
• Coordination with management and external auditors
• Other misc work delegated
