Preferences for the Role:

• Typing speed of over 50WPM
• Professional English: Written & Verbal
• Previous Experience of Chat and Email Support
• Tech Savvy, and Exposure to Online Tools and Automations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• As the role is for smooth Communication between Client and our Company, The Priority is to keep Turn-around-time (TAT) under 3 mins in Messaging Dashboard, and under 12Hours in Emails.
• Chat Support via Messaging Dashboard
• Email Support via Google Suite
• Coordinate with Accounts & Customer Support Teams to ensure quick responses to Customers
• Follow Templates and Pre-defined Formats for communication in all modes.
• Be able to create Templates when a new scenario is handled, and further submit for approval.
• Schedule Whatsapp and Email campaigns as per the schedule of activities mentioned by the company.
• Moderate Webinars and Respond on Live Chat when Company conducts Public Webinars.

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹15,500.00 per month
