Roles and Responsibilities;

· To serve as a Counselor with a primary focus on counselling new students to enroll for different IT courses.

· follow up and arrange the demo for new students.

· follow up with the students who missed the demo to arrange another session.

· Involve interview process to hire trainer.

· Will work under the direction of the director to manage classes including coordinating communications with students and trainer via web, email, telephone, and social media.

· update the daily progress status.

· Collect the regular feedback from the students.

· Will work under the direction of the director to manage classes including coordinating communications with students and trainer via web, email, telephone, and social media.

Required Skills:

· Excellent public speaking, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise good judgment.

· Take initiative, and set priorities.

· Volunteer management experience is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 per month
