The incumbent maintains the computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems as well as IT support to Director’s of the company.

Job Description

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks such LAN, WAN, Routers, Servers, workstations etc.
• Knowledge on firewall like configuration and updating mandatory policies related to latest threats and also activate the services before expiration of subscription.
• Monitoring and updating of software i.e. OS patches, AV patches and software with due care.
• Perform daily tasks such as implementing access controls, performing backups, and managing data storage.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up and configuring E-Mail ID’s and Bio-metric punch-in & providing IT assets for new users across sites.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

Eligibility

• Should have done Graduation in Computers with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Should have in depth knowledge of MAC/I Phone technical configuration.
• Ability to work independent
