Job Description
Designation -Executive Assistant
Location -Ranchi
Should be considered married female only
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting the MD in his daily office work and providing administrative support.
- Processing all outgoing and incoming communication in the form of emails, letters, voice messages or other forms of communication on behalf of the MD.
- Segregating mails and Responding to mails on behalf of the director etc.
- Managing his calendar- Schedule of meetings, appointments & travels etc
- Coordinating his meetings, presentations etc.
- Arranging and assisting in coordination of staff meetings, training programs etc and taking the minutes
- Coordination and follow up with various departments as per requirement.
- Making operational reports/ MIS/ Key Result Area/KPI and analysis report for M.D or reports for the MD as per requirement
- Making travel arrangement
- File Management
- Knowledge of Out look and Excel
