To provide Airline Marketing & Route Development support to GGIAL Commercial function & deliver the business objectives as per the stakeholder expectations

Lead overall Airport marketing & positioning strategy

Lead the Route Development activities to develop and expand the existing market

On-board targeted Dom. & Int’l Airlines / Charters / Tour Operators by signing the user agreements

• As per Business plan & timelines

Develop & expand Pax market by influencing stakeholders (viz. Airlines, Tour Operators, Regulatory authorities, Tourism bodies, etc.) As per Business plan & timelines

Interact and engage with Stakeholders viz Regulatory Authorities, Tourism bodies etc. As per Business plan & timelines

Support Commercial function in Marketing initiatives As per Business plan & timelines

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• Government of Goa, Directorate of Civil Aviation
• MoCA, DGCA, AAI, etc.
• GoG / GoI agencies (BCAS, CISF, etc.)
• Airlines CEO/CCOs, Network Planners, SMs, etc.
• Tourism Bodies / Agencies & Tour Operators, etc.

EPC Contractor, as reqd.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

• CEO / Sr. Management
• Legal, Regulatory
• Corp. Comm., Corporate Affairs

PMC, IT, Security, Operations, etc.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Achieve functional targets aligned to Business requirements / Annual Operating Plans

Other Dimensions

 Should have handled a multidiscipline project team of 70 plus.

 Should have handled multiple small projects alternatively.

 Should have an exposure to at least one Airport.

 Sound leadership skills with emphasis on team building, strong negotiation and communication skills.

 Projects across the world but pre-approved by management

 At any time support up to five active bids

Education Qualifications

 BE and/or MBA from a reputed institute (preferably Tourism related)

Relevant Experience

• Min. 15 Years of total experience of which at least 05 years in Travel & Tourism / Airlines / Aviation / Airline Marketing experience

Exposure to Network Planning, Route Development will be an added advantage
