GMR Group Looking For Shift In Charge – Guest Relations (T1) – 9154 at Delhi, Full Time
JOB PURPOSE
Effectively facilitate all VVIPs / VIPs / CIPs / Celebrities/ Government authorities/ Specified Guests who travel via IGIA, support the shift-in charge and monitor the outsource staff on the floor
ORGANISATION CHART
Key Accountabilities
- To be able to coordinate with Airlines hassle-free boarding of VIP and fast track at screening points for VIPs
- liaison with stakeholders to enable smooth operations
- Lounge maintenance
- Record and updating the travel details of VIPS in GRMS
- Vendor Management
- Ensure implementation of department SOP
- prepare MIS reports on guest usage pattern
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Liasoning and coordination Airlines, Ground Handlers, Customs, Immigration, CISF, State Police, APHO, Legal Metrology, AAI, DGCA, MOCA, Various Ministries , Delhi Government. Concessionaires, Service providers and contractors.
- Government Protocol Division for smooth Coordination of facilitation for Union Ministers and Bureaucrats from Govt. OF India.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Interaction & coordination with all internal departments,
- Coordination with CR, GCMO/ BCMO’s/ and secretariats of other CEO’s/ CXO’s of GMR group companies.

The role acts as the lead in charge of the shift and delegated responsibilities among the guest relations executives when and where required.
Education Qualifications
- Post-Graduation in Management /Post Graduation diploma in Management
- Graduation diploma in Management or any
- Bachelors in Hospitality and Tourism
- Aviation Management
Relevant Experience
Minimum 4 + years of experience in aviation/ hotel/hospitality sector. Preferably airlines background with passenger service exposure.
