JOB PURPOSE
To provide the executive decision support to CDO and also support CDO in achieving business and operational results in DIAL.
Responsible for assisting COO in monitor the progress schedule of key strategic projects / initiatives, preparation of Annual Operating plan, MIS and Analysis for Implementation of Strategic Objectives of the company, on an ongoing basis in order to achieve Organizational vision

Key Performance Indicators
Data analyzing & assisting COO in planning and coordinating Strategic Initiatives / projects and the budget (AOP) of Operations contributing towards the strategic direction of the company.
On time completion of budget preparation activity
Planned vs. Actual
Assist in managing implementation of operational strategies for Operations department. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Regular update to COO
No. of deviations in MIS
Provide and monitor CAPEX & OPEX for Operations division. Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls (including SAP entries and updates)
Planned vs. Actual expenditure
Develop and manage key statistical reports, information and analysis from cross functions
Regular update to COO
Data accuracy
Develop and prepare key analytical reports for Senior Management on Operations department. Plan, organise and develop presentations for Management Review (GCM, BCM & CEO reviews), special projects and group visits.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work collaboratively with other teams to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Managing correspondence, statutory and regulatory compliances, internal and external audit findings and follow ups for corrective actions.
Manage the daily schedule of the COO
Timely response of correspondence and ATRs
Adequate planning of daily schedule
Work on process re-engineering projects and assignments; propose modifications, improvements and development of airport facilities.
Regular update to COO
Work on any other important, confidential project & reports assigned by COO from time to time.
Timely delivery
To prepare and monitor the monthly roster of the Airport Duty Managers

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Commerce / Economics / Business Administration Graduate.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of experience is about 8 years with at least 4 years in assisting Top Management of large organizations.
