Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to emails/ phone calls
• Assist customer in booking sightseeing tours & activities through our website
• Book ferry tickets or activities with vendors
• Collect customer feedback

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Great communication skills over telephone & email
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Knowledge of how to use Excel & MS Word/ Google Docs/ Sheets
• You should be sincere and dedicated in your work
• Prior background in the travel or service sector is preferred
