Designation: Quality Analyst

Location: Mumbai, HO

Roles & Responsibilities

• Explore, evaluate & prepare POCs (Proof of Concepts) for technologies related to the construction industry
• Perform competitive benchmarking wrt product, process, systems.
• Should be able to explore different mechanization options in order to reduce dependency on labor, increase productivity and quality.
• Understand various quality award criteria & prepare application process in order to participate in various quality related competitions. (eg: Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award, American Society of Quality, etc)
• Explore international best practices & innovations related to the construction industry.
• Visit trade exhibitions in order to explore technologies, materials, related to improving CQD
• COPQ: drive the cost of overall quality initiative within the org & set up standard templates in order to measure the same
• Cascading RCAs, learnings, quality alerts, quality flash reports across the org in order to standardize and inculcate the Godrej way of doing things.
• Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly reports relating to chairman & MD dashboards, compliance monitoring dashboards, business review trackers and Quality AOP, PCP tracker, customer complaints escalation tracker, consequences (quality) tracker
• CTQ tracker analysis of product and process including design
• Quality app, coordination with app vendor, module modification, monitoring & resolving issues related to app functioning.
• Periodic review & upgradation of SOPs, method statements and checklist
• Analysis of audit reports & creation of learning docs post audit.
• Helping create knowledge repository which includes 3 rd generation SOPs, such as films, training manuals, visual aids manuals, design bloopers.
• Flagging off critical issues and monitoring stop work notices
• Monitoring failures related to concrete, steel and all materials and notifying the same to the concerned stakeholders and initiating blacklisting of contractors for repeated violations.
• Internal & external stakeholder coordination
• Monitoring RERA compliance (eg: form 2A)
• Project specification sheet review & validation with CQO – prior to launch

Education Qualification

BE. Civil / Arch with post grad in Construction preferably from NICMAR, CEPT

Experience

10-12 years post qualification exp in construction, knowledge and real estate – residential exp. Having worked with A –grade developers or consultants in project coordinator role.

Skills

All Microsoft tools, BIM 360, AutoCAD, spreadsheet. Excellent in written & verbal communication & articulation in English. Should be articulate & presentable.
