Role Summary

The Senior Manager Liaison will oversee and manage all liaison activities with government and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance, approvals, and certifications for real estate projects in Bangalore. This role demands strong expertise in managing statutory approvals, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with RERA requirements.

• NecessarySkills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating regulatory risks and opportunities.
• Effective negotiation skills for managing relationships with government authorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Desirable Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Development Control Rules and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in handling infrastructure-related work for projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Ability to manage infrastructure-related activities for legacy, ongoing, and new projects.

• Minimum 14+ years of experience in liaison and regulatory compliance within the real estate sector.
• Familiar with Bangalore region.
