Position Details: Manager Billing, Mumbai

Role Brief

He will be responsible for Monitoring & Controlling Billing on the site & ensuring SOP Adherence for the project.

Role & Responsibilities

• Carrying out Billing Audit on the site to identify & rectify any Process/SOP deviation.
• To ensure all the Bills are certified in timely manner & as per contractual obligations
• Coordinating with Internal & External Billing Auditors
• Processing & Approval of all the RA/Final Bills
• Ensuring Taxation compliance by all the vendors
• Maintain project billing database
• Provide data to different stakeholders
• Maintaining bill tracking and overdue statements.
• Evaluating cost claims and variations.
• Maintaining records of Reconciliation of all the Free Issue Materials & publishing the same
• Inputs during AOP/ CTC exercise
• Abiding by and implementing the GPL Health & Safety Policy, Procedures, Guidelines
• Participation in process of Hazard identification, assessment of Risks & opportunities and determining control (HIRAC)
• Supporting Site Safety Manager in identifying and implementing new technology (Engineering controls) to ensure safe execution.
• Conducting safety inspections and identify the OH&S Hazards.

Desired Education & Experience

Applicants should be Civil Engineers (B.E/B.Tech/Post Graduation) with 10+ years of experience in Billing Department in construction company / renowned developer / EPC construction company
