🔎 Position: Senior Role – CSR & Sustainability

🌱 Role Summary:

As the Senior Role – CSR & Sustainability, you will play a key role in shaping, executing, and monitoring CSR initiatives that align with our sustainability goals and broader business strategy. This role involves deep stakeholder engagement, partnership management, and strict adherence to compliance and governance standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

1. CSR Strategy & Execution

• Design and implement impactful CSR programs in line with the Group’s sustainability vision.
• Manage end-to-end execution of CSR initiatives in collaboration with NGOs, community bodies, and internal teams.
• Identify innovative opportunities for social and environmental impact.

2. Sustainability Integration

• Support projects related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and carbon management.
• Align CSR initiatives with ESG goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of sustainability efforts.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
• Lead employee engagement through workshops and awareness campaigns.
• Represent the organization at CSR and sustainability forums.

4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

• Develop KPIs to measure the impact of CSR programs.
• Prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including statutory disclosures under Section 135 of the Companies Act.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

5. Budgeting & Fund Management

• Oversee CSR budgets and ensure judicious fund utilization.
• Track and report spending across all CSR projects.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBA/PGDM in Sustainability, CSR, Social Work, or a related field (Real Estate/Construction)
• Experience: 8 to 16 years in CSR, sustainability, or a related domain (corporate or social sector)

🧠 Skills & Competencies:

• Strong project and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Understanding of frameworks like GRI, SDGs, and ESG
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Passionate about sustainability, a team player, and a proactive problem-solver
