*Has worked as a process trainer and softskills trainers/product trainer.
*Same process trainers will be preferred
*Should know the tools to save training attrition
*Should be good in POWER POINT and excel
*Should be clear in voice and confident.
*Conducting NHT Batches
*Preparing TNA
*Prepare Training Calendar and Working plan TNI based Refreshers
*Designing Training Interventions and initiatives
Tracking Training Effectiveness for NHT and Refreshers for all the Circles
*Coordinating Calibrations sessions with Client and Internal Quality and Operations team
*Conducting trainers grooming sessions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
