Solution assumption differences Higher customer expectations and demands (massive reporting requirements) Lengthy back and forth BCP discussions bringing commercial impact Multiple conversations around DOF tool, security, SAP Hana implementation (Here domain experience not required) Program manage all regular changes from IVL regions which prompts revisit of our solution model, change in language components etc. Massive back and forth with IVL to secure automation approvals. Inspite of good opportunities, we are unable to drive automation, task capture etc due to approval challenges. It requires structured plan and project planning and strong governance to keep the momentum Real time Financial update as well as impact of every change on financials for better decision making at leadership level Management of Change requests and impact on financials (within 8 months, we already have 20+ Change requests in place for the account) Requirement Someone having strong program management experience in driving complex projects and understands BPO industry nuances Working experience with customers having Indian background (highly preferred) Experienced strong skills in driving PMO, using action logs, Gantt charts Strong communicator as a large part of the job will be communication, coordination with internal clients as well as customers Face to the customers for driving and keeping timely updates and follow throughs
