The key responsibilities are as follows:
Maintenance of IT Infrastructure like… Windows Servers, ADS, DNS,DHCP, Desktop, Laptop, MAC Support, Hardware & Networking, Firewall,Anti-virus,O365 Mail, VC etc..
File Server Backup (User Data Backup, Mail Backup from Synology automatic Storage backup.
ESET Anti-Virus Server, Sonic wall Firewall, Networking Switches, VC, VOIP.
Troubleshooting of All Users Desktop, Laptop, O365 Mail related and Printers etc..
Hardware & Networking Switches, RAID concept, Wi-Fi Device etc..
Monitoring CCTV Cameras in Head office and Factory
Maintaining IT Product equipment’s, Licenses details, IT Asset details.
O365 Outlook Mail configurations, troubleshooting, Checking SPAM, Quarantine Mails etc..
Troubleshooting of Microsoft O365 Mail, Desktops, Laptop, Networking & Firewall etc..
EPABX – Inter connectivity for HO to Factory users (Intercom)..
Video Conference support team by ZOOM & Microsoft Teams
OS configuration, Antivirus Updation Server & all clients, Outlook Configuration.
Implementation of Remote support for ERP Server, VPN Server HO to Factory.
Knowledge of Vendor coordination, IT equipment’s procurement.
Knowledge of Airtel, JIO leased line and broadband connection.
