Goodyear Hiring for Asst Mgr FF/MDPO at Aurangabad, Maharashtra Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Drives technical saving across the plant in coordination with Local and Regional Stakeholders
• Responsible to prepare the AOP for MDPO and NPI shipment and waste
• Responsible to identify the MDPO project/IDs and its execution
• Responsible for Tire screening data and its selection with designer, NPI shipments exercise, coordination with Supply chain, design team, AE Team
• Respected conference call arrangements and execution to drive both the areas
• Executes the MDPO opportunities with the support of Material Process, Plant NPI, QA and Regional MDPO support
• Identifies process capabilities MDPO projects and execute NPI MDPO builds
• Important member of strategy for 100% uniformity in NPI
• Conducts weekly MDPO call with all the stakeholders and update on status
• Tracks monthly NPI cost against AOP by proper planning
• In charge of NPI audit who handles all related audits
• Creates Weekly and Monthly MDPO reporting to regional and local teams

Job Qualifications:

• BE/BTech (Chemical/Rubber Tech/ Polymer /Automobile/ Mechanical
• 10 to 12 years related experience from tire industry (Technical savings, Final finish)
• 8 to 10 years of experience in consumer radial tyres – quality process or QA (technical savings, uniformity, process control, OQL)
• Good communication skills to handle conference call with the region, GICL
