Minimum qualifications:
Google Certified in Search Advertising (Google Ads) and Analytics
4 years of experience in performance marketing or Security information and event management (SEM) in India
Preferred qualifications:
Direct Search/Google Ads Optimization experience, and programmatic performance DS/Marin/AMO/Kenshu experience
Experience in training and coaching
Experience in Ad sales, and with a Large Performance Media Agency
Expertise with Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms, and other key competitive products and platforms in the market
Program Management and stakeholder engagement skills
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and agency clients

Google’s Sales teams work with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. As a Digital Capability Program Lead, you will be a strategic analyst, advisor, and consultant, providing support to agencies in building digital expertise across brand, and performance products. As part of our Sales team, you will work with advertising agencies, to partner with Agency Relationship Managers and Account Managers, to build integrated business, media, and creative upscaling opportunities based on industry trends and insights on these agencies, from a Google lens.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Collaborate and work closely with the Agency team within Google to transfer exceptional knowledge to agencies, supporting them in managing their digital campaigns more efficiently
Document optimization best practices and share with agency resources
Manage Programs ensuring that all stakeholders deliver on-time, ensuring success
Commercialize externally shareable tools and resources, based on need at agency
Track, and report success on Google Capability Building Programs to the agency, and internally
