Minimum qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in people/stakeholder management
- Experience in thought leadership, presenting to executive-level audiences, and customer-service
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in transformation, design thinking, and leveraging Machine Learning and Automation practices
- Experience leading through change
- Ability to continuously improve, take initiative, and be results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence geographically dispersed teams
- Outstanding problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills in driving exceptional customer experience performance at scale

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of shopping/hotel ads specialists, providing support to our customers and Sales teams.
- Make customer care an advantage for Google, including developing efficient workflows, identifying opportunities for seamless support between teams, and designing services that will provide faster and better support to our customers.
- Use product and process knowledge, manage and influence stakeholders, and engage with cross-functional partners to constantly evaluate, improve, and transform our support model to meet the changing needs of our customers.
- Own, drive, and influence those in the shopping ecosystem, and the Global Hotel Ads Support team.
- Be customer-centric and deliver excellent customer service.
