Google Hiring for Physical Design CAD Engineer, Silicon at Bengaluru, India Full Time

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3 years of experience with physical design, signoff or CAD.

• Experience in coding using perl, python, tcl scripting languages.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in power optimization techniques.

• Experience in low power methodology.

• Develop all aspects of ASIC Register-Transfer Level (RTL) to Graphic Data Stream (GDS) physical design CAD flow for high Power Performance Area (PPA) designs.

• Develop and support the CAD flow for synthesis and Place and Route (PnR).

• Work with design teams to understand requirements and enable scalable solutions.
