• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in product management with Platform (e.g., PaaS) or customer experience products.
• Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining the go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
• Experience with hypothesis-driven A/B testing.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams across organizations and functions.
• Enable and move forward with empowered and distributed teams to solve complex problems across multiple product groups iteratively.
• Understand and map support operations processes, build and land automation solutions by leveraging existing AI/ML assets.
• Work with teams across Google ecosystem to deliver innovative solutions to achieve quality customer support experience at scale.
