Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of program management experience in supply chain/operations, or related field.

• Experience in establishing and implementing operational processes.

Preferred qualifications:

• 7 years of experience as Program Manager in Logistics, Fulfillment, Planning, or related supply chain operations organizations.

• Direct experience working with global cross-functional teams in the technology/distribution market.

• Understanding of B2C/B2B, transportation, fulfillment and distribution operations.

• Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and managing changing priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent organization, communication, and analytical problem solving skills.

The Hardware Planning and Fulfillment (HWPF) team is responsible for forecasting, distributing and repairing Google’s Devices. The HWPF Central Program Team acts as “the glue” within the Planning and Fulfillment organization, helping to connect the dots, breaking down silos and driving better and deeper cross-functional collaboration with the goal of getting amazing products to our customers.

• Drive hardware launch logistics readiness with suppliers through the Devices and Services’ Product Development Process, developing and executing applicable on-boarding plans, driving risk assessment and mitigation, and serving as a critical origin point of contact for our customers.

• Lead cross-functional teams to solve global supply chain issues quickly and effectively, including improving processes, launching new capabilities, introducing new tools, and resolving customer escalations.

• Identify pain points, capability gaps, operational and scaling challenges and present solutions to management.

• Help oversee supplier logistics operations through managing key performance metrics while driving efficiency and improvements in their operations.
