Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.

• Experience developing accessible technologies.

• Experience designing and developing solutions for a business domain such as supply chain, sales, finance, etc.

• Experience participating in multiple full system implementation lifecycles (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong analytical skills and ability to take initiative.

• Develop and deploy systems and services that improve supply chain and financial processes, working with industry-leading analysts for full lifecycle design.

• Build solutions with custom front-end and back-end services while maintaining highest levels of development practices including: technical design, solution development, test execution and automation, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular, and self-sustaining code.

• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).

• Contribute to the documentation footprint to build a legacy of knowledge for the team.

• Triage system or service issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on business processes.
