1) Must have knowledge of Inventory Management. Data reading, data input data analysis.

2) Should have prior experience of SKU and Catalogue Management

3) Must have worked on Inventory management software

4) Should have working knowledge in billing software and export operations i.e Export documentation, Invoicing, Currency conversion.

5) Prior working experience in an export house will be added advantage.

6) Must have administrative skills in file management, Invoicing and Stock Management.

7) Will be responsible for gathering, collating information from lists, order sheets, customer info. for data entry.

8) Check & filing of documents of PO, Commercial terms, Quotations & be custodian of all order related documentation.

9) Quality check documents as per order sheet.

10) Ability to meet deadlines and good time management.

11) Prepare daily report for order status for customer information.

12) Must have valid Indian passport / Open for travel to foreign location.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
