FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Roles and Responsibilities
Reviews contract documentation provided by business operations to ensure completeness of documentation needed to support the set-up of contracts and projects in the ERP system
Communicates with operations and finance personnel regarding scopes of work in cases where documentation received is not clearly defined
Determines proper revenue and billing plan set up and definition of contract line structure based on proper revenue recognition rules relative to US GAAP Accounting Standard ASC606
Provides certification of the Revenue Questionnaire that provides audit support for the revenue and billing assessment
Responds to support queries within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) from Internal/ External resources
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have worked in a ERP process environment with working knowledge of email communication to support internal business stakeholders
Must have a keen attention to detail for accuracy and troubleshooting complex situations, if needed
Must be flexible to work in shifts and provide coverage on rotational basis on holidays (limited)
Willingness to work in a team is a must
