ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the International Assignment Consultants on the arranging and scheduling of services in accordance with clients’ international policy
• Processing of supplier invoices
• Arrangement of services as determined by Graebel services agreement and as authorized by the client move policy
• Additional responsibilities will include data entry, auditing of supplier invoices against services rendered, insuring correct supplier contact information in data base, frequent on-site support and assisting with various reporting requests such as data filing reports on daily basis
