Revised Work 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday – Friday)

Duties and responsibilities
The following are your roles and responsibilities.
PRIMARY DUTIES
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Maintain the accounts Communicate with staff and vendors to ensure timely payments
and keep it running Manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash, etc.) and
smoothly receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner.
2) Monitor organizational Maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analysing accounting data and
income prepare financial reports
3) Creation of Monitor monthly expenses
programmatic Collect, save, code and Verify bills and vouchers
monitoring Report with management on changes and deviations from the said budget
4) Financial Record and ensure donations receipts are prepared and issued by the
Administration Management.
SECONDARY DUTIES

1) Other Activities Assist with data entry or any other work as time permits.
