We require talented and energetic District Coordinator for Bijnor districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Candidate will work for GVF-JY (GRAMYA VIKAS FOUNDATION -JEEVANDHARA YOJNA) project for Uttar Pradesh.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of min 20 to 30 field worker and the tele calling team.
• Managing field visits by Coordinating with the field village coordinator teams
• Prepare and publish daily team performance
• Hiring of Team for district.
• Handling all queries and problems
• Lead the team members and provide supportive supervision.
• Support in providing best practices, case studies related to program on Monthly/Quarterly basis
• Managing all the benficieries Data
• Generate daily report
• Reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submission in timely manner

TRAVEL

Some time travel is required to outside the project district

Collaborates with: State Coordinator Programs Manager, Finance Officer and volunteers.

• Excellent communication skills-written and spoken English, spoken Hindi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of leading diversified team.
• Analytical bent of mind and creative problem solver.
• Highly motivated and a strong leader to anchor regional teams.
• The candidate should also have an understanding of research and statistic methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of program management methods.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, MS Office and Base Camp.
