THE ROLE

The Onsite Representative is responsible for the management of stock at our customer site and supporting with customer contract delivery and performance:

Deliver assigned stock and conduct stock replenishment activities

Receipt and distribution of all products from Incora to the line side area of the customer production line

Liaise with the customer to resolve day-to-day supply issued as well as working with internal functions to ensure requirements are met

Liaise with internal functions to resolve day-to-day supply issues.

Assist in the physical implementation of new line-side locations or line side media

Ensure effective housekeeping of on-site accommodation and line side media

Analyse internally produced data to identify supply chain issues as directed

Work with the customer and the wider Incora team on continuous improvement projects

Work towards meeting company KPIs to ensure that service delivery is adhered

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

Proven track record of working within stock management or warehousing

Being customer focused is a critical element to the job

Possess excellent time management skills, with experience of working under pressure and to deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work under own initiative

Experience of using Microsoft Office including Excel as well as an ERP / stock management system

Excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally
