Service GM are tasked with overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of department, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies and communicating business goals.

Service GM is responsible for improving overall Service revenue of our firm in Thrissur district and
also
1. Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and service goals are being carried out.
2. Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
3. Assists with or performs administrative tasks
4. Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
5. Sets up and maintains service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
6. Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
7. Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly, and thoroughly
8.Oversees team members performing inspections & preparing reports

Previous Service Experience in Automobile Industry, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge , Management Experience, Strong Customer-Facing Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communication , Self-Motivated, Troubleshooting, Creative Problem-Solving

Required Experience and Qualifications
Strong Service knowledge and experience in Automobile industry.
Min 15 yrs of Experience in 2/3/4 Wheeler.
Graduation.
