Responsibilities: –

You will support the Partner in executing strategic responsibilities such as:

Collaborating on business development with a target list of the top companies.

Leading cross-functional, high-value proposals

Executing events calendar for both clients and people

Leading client events and Firm engagements, and representing the Firm at relevant regional industry forums

Provide data and information support for leadership meetings.

Support the Partner with relevant briefing for external and internal interactions.

Provide program management support in the implementation and tracking of special initiatives.

Take on additional strategic projects as per guidance and requirements of the Partner.

Act as a key liaison, providing execution and strategic support to ensure effective leadership functioning.

Foster close collaboration with leaders, spanning across clients, personnel, and other aspects.

Provide comprehensive support for Leadership, Partnership Governance Board, Board Sub-Committee, and Council meetings.

Track actions from meetings and prepare summary-level updates.

Offer program management support and track special initiatives.

Provide assistance with special projects.

Utilize the role as an opportunity for accelerated learning and gaining insight into firm operations and decision-making processes.

Eligibility Criteria: –

Qualification: MBA or similar qualification

Good communication skills

7+ years of experience in a managerial position

Experience in project coordination, budget, and event management

Ability to be agile, respond positively to change and contribute with an innovative mindset

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present data in a comprehensible form
