Software Project Manager – Tech Start Up

GRAUN is up-and-coming tech startup which will work on specialising in providing consumers virtual try on shopping experience and searching for a Project Manager that will play a significant role in the development of the company. The Project Manager will have the opportunity to deliver unique and inventive tech solutions to the founders of this software.

The Project Manager will be responsible for Co-ordinating the development of the software as well as client engagement, compliance and will help in building a team with the Founder.

As this software has been created in provide consumers the ultimate virtual shopping experience, a Project Manager that holds some consumer/ retail related experience will be desirable.

Key responsibilities will involve:

– Working closely with the software developers to ensure a smooth running of the development of this project.

– liaising and updating the founder of the software on developments.

– Providing clear and accurate management reporting and statistics.

– Overseeing operations to ensure that everything is running smoothly

– Risk Management

– Creative problem solving in commercial issues

– Strong attention to detail and conducting internal testing on the software

– Liaising with external suppliers

– Overseeing the compliance of the business

– Creating and maintaining project documentation

– Other business administrative duties as required

– Meeting project deadlines

Experience and skill set required:

– Previous experience in Project Management preferably working for a tech/ software company

– Experience in working closely with software developers

– Strong attention to detail

– Leadership skills is essential with this role

– Problem solving and decision making

– Experience/ knowledge of working within the retail section is desirable

– Must have excellent experience / knowledge of project managements software’s

This is a hybrid role; the right candidate will be required to meet with the founder of the software at companies Head office in Oxfordshire once a week (this is open to negotiations).
