Designation: Industrial Design Engineer

IDE candidate needs to work on generating CAD models and assemblies to evaluate and conceptualize how a product will be constructed. Throughout the development process, revise and modify existing CAD files as needed, along with developing and assisting with the documentation and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to understand product/ machine design and manufacturing requirements.

· Design the aesthetics, and functionality of components and the whole products.

· Present designs to clients / internal team and understand it further modification is required.

· Engineer complete product by integrating custom developed designs and off-the-market components.

· Testing product designs using models, prototypes, and CAD software.

· Investigating appropriate materials and production processes.

· Identify new systems and processes to drive quality, efficiency and save cost.

· Undertake complex calculations.

· Communicate effectively with the colleagues, vendors, and suppliers involved in a project.

· Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget.

Skills & Experience:

· 2 to 5 years of work experience in relevant role.

· Experience with Solid Works, Adobe Illustrator, Keyshots.

· Proven experience in DFM (plastics, sheet metals, casting).

· CAD/CAM, 3D modelling, Surface Modelling, Solidwork Tool & Alia’s Software.

CTC : 2.5 – 6 LPA

Location: Cherlapally, ECIL, Hyderabad.

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
