Green SWM Infra Pvt Ltd Hiring for Project Manager at Diu Full Time

We are currently looking for an ideal candidate who can direct, manage, supervise, and coordinate the operations of Solid Waste Management. Someone who can build and work with a team, prioritize work, coordinate activities, and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of experience in Collection & Transporation(must), Liasoning & P&D.
• Knowledge on solid waste collection, disposal, transfer operations, and recycling methods and systems.
• Directly or through supervisory staff selects, trains, mentors, motivates, and evaluates assigned personnel; provides or coordinates staff training; works with employees to correct deficiencies; implements discipline and termination procedures; hears, reviews, and responds to employee grievances.
• Assumes management responsibility for assigned services and activities of the solid waste facilities and operations including the areas of expected tonnage, vehicle transitions, equipment maintenance and fuel usage, preparation of equipment specifications, equipment rental needs, and coordination of contract services provided to the Department.

Qualifications

• Degree: M.B.A / [B.Tech](http://B.Tech) in Environment /civil / mechanical
• Minimum 5 years Experience in Operations (Solid waste Management)
• Open to relocation and travel.

Salary: ₹30,721.53 – ₹60,458.33 per month
