Job Description:
Looking for Branding/ Marketing Manager who will be responsible for playing a key role in Strategy Development and execution for Branding/marketing of the Organization.

Skill Set:
Work experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing
Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
3+ years of prior experience in a marketing role preferably for an enterprise/B2B products
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Experience in developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
Data-driven thinking
Should be a creative minded, energetic
Responsibilities:
Gather feedback from sales and analyse consumer behaviour to define our company s positioning
Create guidelines that define our company s voice both online and offline (including terminology and slogans)
Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
Develop our social media strategy
Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
Responsible of designing Brand & Marketing strategy & generate leads
Manage all aspects of Digital Marketing – SEO, SEM, social media marketing, messaging, email campaigns, content marketing, etc.
Planning and working on Branding budgets, competition tracking and analysis, strategizing and scheduling marketing/branding campaigns.
Organizing company conferences and major events.
Create a messaging strategy for our customers based on their goals and challenges
Translate the messaging strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers
Work with sales teams to develop and execute our GTM strategy for every geography and industry vertical
Own the content calendar to scale our messaging and support ongoing lead-gen programs
Understand the competition and help our sales team differentiate our product offerings with messaging, battle cards and training material
Performing market research, monitoring market trends, Assisting with strategic development.
Brand alignment Both for Static Content and Dynamic Content.
Positioning of Services and Evaluation of the Positioning of those services in the market.
