Job Description:
A dedicated professional with 5-8 years of comprehensive experience in Installation & Commissioning, project leadership abilities & personnel management skills with strong expertise in the Service, Operation, After sales, Supply Chain Management, & Management, Contractor management.

Capable to carry out proper Planning, Executing, and Monitoring & Completion of projects with 4M (Man, Machine, Material and Money) strategy.

Education: – Graduate engineer in Electrical / electronic/ instrumentation/ mechanical stream

Experience: – Min 5 and max 8 years.

Domain (at least one is mandatory): – Etraction & commissioning of Panels Industrial automation projects (process, SCADA/DCS, Conveyers, Air handling, Ash handling, Hvac, BMS) Industrial digitalisation / industry 4.0 projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensuring projects to be completed within allocated timelines resulting in overall business profitability.

Ensure proper Project Planning, Risk Management, team management with each stakeholder till proper handover of projects to customer.

Ensure effective planning for multiple projects and delivering projects with high standards and minimal interference with given time period.

Ensure proper customer service for delivering of project with win-win situation.

Accountable for scope management; Identify and manages scope changes in all project contracts, timely prepare quotations related to variation to scope.

Executing various projects while developing baselines; monitoring & controlling them with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overrun and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same

Ensure efficient Planning, management & implementation of projects for on-time and within budget closure.

Collaborate and interface between internal stake holders and customer organization for successful and timely project execution.

Accountable for the adherence to the project budget, schedule, contract requirements, timely informs management and mitigates pro-actively in case of deviations.

Accountable for compliance, safety and adherence to set SOP by project teams during on site.

Supporting Sales Team in right project execution and planning the cost / resources while finalizing the order

Developing the engineering solutions to avoid repetitive failures & all other problems that adversely affect erection & commissioning including capacity, quality, cost & regulatory compliance issues

Raising work orders for various instruments and managing documentation with a key focus on reduction in delay during project execution.

Researched the possible areas of development in a project in accordance with the established objectives.

Optimized the purchasing process by introducing new processes related to optimized supplier evaluation

Required Skills:
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
