Ground Zero Looking For Assistant Manager, TPD [Remote, India] at New Delhi, Delhi, Full Time

Experience: 5-8 years

Salary: Up to 12 LPA

Insight: TPD: Teachers Professional Development; we are looking for someone who has been in to schools, teachers training and curriculum development, understand school and the ecosystem. The assistant manager would need to travel to cities, other parts of India to deliver training as and when needed.

What You’ll Do

We need someone to help us improve how teachers in government schools teach. This means helping teachers feel confident trying new methods that give students more control over their learning. We believe teachers need to feel empowered too.

Your Tasks

• Plan and Create: Design teacher training programs and materials based on our goals.
• Research: Look into the best ways to train teachers and make sure the training is effective.
• Get Feedback: Ask teachers what they think and use that to make improvements.
• Observe and Learn: Watch teachers in action and understand their needs.
• Train Teachers: Lead engaging training sessions.
• Train Trainers: Help others become good trainers.
• Work with Others: Collaborate with our team and government partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years of experience training teachers or designing curriculum.
• Ideally, some experience teaching in a classroom.
• Experience working with government and teachers.
• Knowledge of effective teacher training methods.
• Ability to understand how to train many teachers at once.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand teacher needs.
• Good at leading small group discussions.
• Creative and self-motivated.
