We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to write the next chapter in our Merchant Engineering. As an Engineering Leader, You will be responsible for handling the Supply Increase portfolio of product/ services within Merchant Engineering. This encompasses the core of our Self Service tools: Campaign Builder and Merchant Inbound Acquisition. Along with this, a platform for holding Merchant data and Deal platform services to create campaigns in downstream inventory. The Business Impact of this portfolio is enormous, as it funnels the lifecycle of Merchant / Campaign in the Groupon ecosystem. You will be responsible for scoping, architectural design, working with other technology teams, and running the iterative rollout of features. All the systems we build/manage are critical to the success of the business. This means quality and reliability are paramount and large-scale launches have to be threaded carefully without impacting day-to-day business. We’re a “best of both worlds” kind of company. We’re big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a significant impact.
