About the role:

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Vance, you will drive our growth strategy, acquiring new customers and optimizing our marketing efforts. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company.
• Define and execute growth strategies, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Leverage performance marketing to drive customer acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marke.ng, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Performance Marketing and Acquisition.
• Expertise in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of website analy.cs tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in the Fintech industry or B2C markets.
