Qualification- BE Mechanical
Experience- 5 -7 years
Responsibilities-
- New Supplier Assesment
- Good Know how of APQP, PPAP,SPC,MSA
- Conduct effective product and process audits and ensure completion of audits as per plan for suppliers.
- Implementation of supplier improvement program for the critical supplier.
- Maintain total cost of poor quality for all customers through SQA team
- control of process and production at supplier end: Design of process and monitor the same during ongoing production at supplier end.
- Ensure statutory compliance of all products supplied to customer accounts.
