Position- Shift supervisor
Qualification- Dip (plastic/polymer/Mechanical/cipet)
Experience- 5-7 years in plastic Molding
Job Responsibilities-
- Achieve cost effective production consistently
- effective shop management.
- raw material calculation at start of shift after plan is fixed.
- to be involved in problem solving activity like cft, capa,customer complaints.
- New operator handling in positive way and training to be given them .
- to do or getkaizen ,2s shining fpp improvement wpp from operators and setters.
- impliment all quality systems effectively.
- responsible for implimentation of EMS & OHSAS.
- Improvements in processes ethod.
