What is the job about?

The Senior Security Engineer will develop and maintain processes and workflows used in Grundfos to ensure compliance with security frameworks. Ensure understanding and anchoring of processes in development teams within software development towards physical products with electronics and connectivity. Implement the solutions and security architecture of our software. We work in an agile environment where flexibility is a natural thing as well as the ability to plan your day.

Your main tasks will be:

• Implement security compliance in processes within Software development for IEC 62443-4-1 and ISO 27001

• Translate cyber security standards into a comprehensible format.

• Understand ways of working in an organization and stakeholder requirements.

• Conduct a gap overview and scale the organization’s ways of working with standard(s).

• Formulating and writing processes and procedures to comply with standards; making sure maintainability, and flexibility to an extent intuitively executed by all the stakeholders.

• Establish user guides/work instructions, and templates to the extent that all stakeholders can carry out their respective jobs obeying derived processes and procedures.

• Support on analysis for how solutions become compliant with e.g. IEC 62443-4-2 and ETSI 303 645

• Perform internal assessments for documenting process compliance

Your Background

• Experience of 10+ years of relevant work experience after formal degree of B.E/ B. Tech, M.E/M.Tech (Electronics Background)

• Experience on ISO 27001 other applicable security policies & regulations

• Knowledge of product security and safety standards and regulations IEC 62443 (4-1 and 4-2), ETSI 303 645 and IEC 60730

• Knowledge of processes within software development (ISO15504 or CMMI)

• Knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO 9001)

• Nice to have:

• Experience on product security standards and regulations IEC 62443 (4-1 and 4-2), ETSI 303 645

• Knowledge of INCOSE system engineering.

• Knowledge of SW development preferably embedded domain

• Understanding of Secure Elements in embedded software and hardware solutions

• Good software development and architecture skills

• Strong execution skills regarding defensive/offensive cyber security measures within embedded products and interface to point-to-point and cloud solutions

• The technical foundation within the above

• Can take up a deep technical discussion with most and command respect.

• Understanding of framework elements such as OWASP, NIST CSF, CSA CCM, IoT SF Security Guidelines

• End2End understanding of a Grundfos digital offering.

• Understanding of electronics production and how to inject security elements during production.

• Embedded Connectivity and interactions with Cloud services

• Kubernetes, Azure SaaS/PaaS (and/or equivalent in other cloud platforms, such as Google, AWS, AliCloud)

• IoT device understanding.

• Linux, Monolithic/custom OS/RTOS, SoCs, ICS protocols (SCADA, Modbus, BACnet, Genibus, etc.), Wireless protocols

• public key infrastructures, including X.509 certificate chains.

• Practical experience with relevant tools, e.g., MS Threat Modeling, BlackDuck, statistical code analysis, security test, code scan
