Overview

Our team has been working with clients leveraging Guidehouse’s proprietary analytics models, tools and products performing analytics on data to generate insights for our clients. There are many Scrum teams supporting these internal products/POCs. The Scrum Master position plays a key role in delivering the products as planned while collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills and experience as Scrum Master for the last 2 to 3 years.

Responsibilities

+ + Coach the teams on Scrum practices and principles

• Proactively identify the impediments/roadblocks and track them to closure

• Host/facilitate all the Scrum Events

• Assist the Product Owner in managing the Product backlogs, Sprint backlogs through TFS.

• Create project plans (Excel), review and communicate project progress

• Publish the Scrum metrics after each Sprint is completed.

• Manage the team efforts and resourcing requirements

• Applying the Scrum best practices

• Demonstrate ownership in delivery

• Onboarding and Offboarding project teams

• Ensure the team productivity

• Qualifications

• • Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Math, Engineering

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as business analyst and Scrum Master

• Experience in Analytics or data visualization projects is preferred.

• Highly motivated and good at coaching/mentoring skills

• Excellent time management

• Very good verbal and written communication skills
