Job Description

• Coordination with forwarder and shipping line for vessel availability.
• Booking of container and intimation to excise department for container sealing.
• Arrangement fort container loading and coordination for transporter for container movement.
• Preparation for pre -export documents (like invoice, packing list, COO, Form7 & 9, duty drawback
• declaration, ETC) and coordination with fumigation agency.
• Coordination with CHA for custom clearance for export container.
• Tracking of container.
• Collection of post export documents from CHA and forwarder.

(certificate of origin, shipping bill, BL,fumigation certificate Etc.)

• Submissions of customers documents to accounts.
• GR Closure & lodgement documents preparation.
• Prepare Payment letter.
• Maintaining MIS and MTM reports.
• LC Document Preparation
• Direct communication with overseas buyers through emails.
